BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 900 and 1000 blocks of East 14th Street, being on the northeast line of East 14th Street southeast of Cemetery Avenue. Lots 275-286 and 289-300, Orange Grove, as shown by plat of record in plat book 3, page 39, ROHC, and lot 14 and the east 7 feet 8 inches of lot 13, Chattanooga Investment Company's Resubdivision of Lots 200, 201, 287, 288, 366, 367, and 368, Orange Grove, as shown by plat of record in plat book 6, page 22, ROHC. Tax Map No. 146I-E-32 (part), and 146P-A-15, 16, 25, 28, and 29. from M-2 Light Industrial Zone and R-3 Residential Zone to M-1 Manufacturing Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Submittal and approval of a site plan for entire development; 2. A sight-obscuring landscaped screen along the south and east property lines in accordance with the proposed Chattanooga Landscape Ordinance Standards. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
